- Open Windows Explorer at drive root folder (e.g. c:\).

- Set Detailed view mode.
Open View menu and select Details.

- Click the View menu again and select Choose Details.
This opens the Choose Details dialog.
Hint: There is another way to open the Choose Details window:
right-click any column and select More... All these variants open this window.
-
Now look at the window and find the string SizeEx. Check a box near the SizeEx
line and move it up using the appropriate button. Move this line into the second place.
Then disable the standard Size column. Press the OK button.
You can also add 2 additional columns:
- "SizeEx %" - based on percentages, this column allows users to easily analyze file and folder sizes on drives;
- "SizeEx sorting column" - allows all-mode sorting of files/folders by size.

Read more information about columns in the "ViewFolderSize columns" chapter.
